Apollo (he has the same name for both his greek and roman form), god of archery, poetry, music, and the sun, will be the main topic of this post. By the way, it is Charles here again, co-founder of this website. Well, James only seemed to post the female olympians (except Hades), while I did all of the male olympians. James posted three and I posted three -- J: Hades, Athena, Hera; C: Zeus, Poseidon, Hephaestus. So...lemme introduce you Apollo.
First, I shall talk about Lord Apollo's family and relationships with the other olympians. His parents were Zeus and Leto, one of the minor goddesses. He also have a twin sister, Artemis (topic of episode 8). She is the goddess of the hunt, the moon, and...well, also archery (there must be something that twins both have, right? (Even very unalike twins)).
Apollo once gave his Caduceus to Hermes for a peace treaty (We shall explain that in Hermes' Episode). Hermes in return gave him the "first instrument in the world"— the Harp. He also once sent many heroes to Chiron the Centaur, like Jason, Achilles, and many more. The old sun god (actually titan) is Helios (in greek means "the Sun"). Apollo took over his chariot and place and became the second sun god.
[Now, there will be some spoilers for the series Trials of Apollo by Rick Riordan]: In the Dark Prophecy, Emperor Commodus wanted to be the New Sun, so he fought Apollo and failed--oops, spoilers alert!!! He isn't really married to any other god (or goddess), but he like many of the Hunters of Artemis (shh), but they aren't suppose to get married or even get close to men. (I feel very very sorry for you, Lord Apollo...)
Apollo can sometimes be very lame, but think of it, he lights us up in the morning. He is the sun, so that makes sense. He is after all a very cool and interesting god. I wonder what it is like to be the sun god... The next episode will be about Artemis, Apollo's twin sister, although he sometimes he calls her little sister. Thank you so much for reading this and don't forget to like this post and become a member. Have a sunny day! See ya!

Awesome. And by the way, the only reason I post goddesses is because there is a website specifically for them: https://www.goddess-guide.com
